What Kebzy does

Kebzy is an AI assistant that can read and edit your Shopify store by chat. You describe what you want — "change all my prices by 10%", "fix the spelling on my homepage" — and Kebzy does the work.

Every change is saved before it goes live. You can undo any edit with one click. Theme edits go to a draft first; your live store is never changed without your approval.

What Kebzy does not do

Your responsibilities

By using Kebzy, you agree to:

Fair use

Kebzy operates within a daily usage allowance per account. If you reach the limit, the service pauses until the next day. We don't charge overage fees — we just pause. Limits are set to be more than enough for normal store management.

Automated or scripted abuse of the service is not permitted. Kebzy is designed for a store owner to have a conversation, not for bulk programmatic access.

Accuracy and AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. Always review changes before publishing them. The undo feature is there for exactly this reason.

Kebzy is not responsible for errors introduced by the AI that you choose to publish. We provide the tools to preview and reverse every change — using those tools is your responsibility as the store owner.

Service availability

We aim to keep Kebzy running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages happen. We don't offer uptime guarantees or credits for downtime at this stage.

Your data on disconnect

If you disconnect your store or cancel your subscription, your stored data is archived for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy page for details.

Either of us can end the relationship at any time. You can disconnect via Settings. We can close your account if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of liability

Kebzy is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, lost sales caused by an AI edit you published without reviewing. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We'll let you know by email if we make material changes. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of England and Wales.
